"Wind Turbine Syndrome"
You may know that these produce high levels of emfs, so what do they expect? I think wind farms are a good idea actually, but like they say in real estate; "location, location, location". Not good by people! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/moslive/article-2199284/Wind-farms-Are-wind-farms-saving-killing-A-provocative-investigation-claims-thousands-people-falling-sick-live-near-them.html |
I have measured quite a lot of wind turbines, but never found any EMF.

apart from the noise I guess that the massive turbine blades distort the
natural airborne frequencies that we know little about, just our bodies give us the warning signs, they probably also draw in other spurious energies ! puk In a message dated 10/09/2012 09:04:51 GMT Daylight Time, [hidden email] writes: I have measured quite a lot of wind turbines, but never found any EMF. Also with turbines what about the dirty power issues and ground currents ?
I wonder what frequency the electricity is generated at, I doubt if they can get 50=60hz ? so where are the electronics and are they sheilded ? puk In a message dated 10/09/2012 10:47:26 GMT Daylight Time, [hidden email] writes: apart from the noise I guess that the massive turbine blades distort the natural airborne frequencies that we know little about, just our bodies give us the warning signs, they probably also draw in other spurious energies ! puk In a message dated 10/09/2012 09:04:51 GMT Daylight Time, _charles@milieuziektes.be_ (mailto:[hidden email]) writes: I have measured quite a lot of wind turbines, but never found any EMF. WEll, maybe the wind turbines in your country are designeddifferently then the one's here. Many people here in the states complain of the flicker from theblades, the vibrations, and constant hearing noises. This may not count as emfs, but they are quite disruptive tothe human body. In addition, there is a hum that is coming from the vibration of suchunits. I've driven by these "farms" of wind turbines, and do indeed note that there is something about these that make me feel bad, and from quite a distance. Not sure what this is, but I would not attribute it to flicker, vibration,or noise.... Marc |
Just a bad feeling that made you feel uncomfortable? The flicker from what I've read, is an experience home owners feel, while living literally in the shadows of the blades. Or at least close enough where the constant blade movement blocks out thelight, off and on, like those strobe lights. I have read these home owners experience, either hear or feel, a constant sound/ noisethat only stops when the wind turbines are turned off. Marc, I have no doubt you felt something. Might not be measurable with currentmeters, but the body is an extremely sensitive meter on its own. Perhaps, But you've a good working intuitive system. How many times did you pick something up,couldn't measure it, but knew it was there? I've never driven by a wind farm, but have seem videos of the strobe light effect. That alone w/o the noise could cause dizziness. Constant noise is uncomfortable. We once rented a house that was 2 houses from a highway for a year. Was terrible. Couldn't stand the windows open. You could not drown it out, always heard it in the back round. After moving, was so nice to have quiet & to hear the birds sing. Kathy From: Elizabeth thode <[hidden email]> : RE: [eSens] Another name for EHS Just a bad feeling that made you feel uncomfortable? http://www.electricalpollution.com/windturbines.html EMF= electromagnetic field If you have motion, you have current. If you have current, you have electricity. If you have electricity, you have a magnetic field. Sound is a part of this, as is flicker. It is enough it can interfere with satellite communications if they are in the way of them. ~ Snoshoe --- In [hidden email], KathyB <calicocat477@...> wrote: > > > I've never driven by a wind farm, but have seem videos of the strobe light effect. > > That alone w/o the noise could cause dizziness. It is definitely EHS. A few years ago the town I lived in installed just one big wind turbine. I didn't have EHS then, but I remember reading that you should not live within a mile of them, and was glad my house was just over a mile away. Check out these articles:
