Alpha Stim

KathyB

My alternative doc. suggested I try alpha-stim to help anxiety. alpha-stim.com

I don't know if I can tolerate that w ES.  Althought this looks like mini-shock treatments. Wanted to ask before passing judgement.

I  read MCS can be caused by electrical problems. in the brain.

I guess so, from microwave frying.

Hmmm, have you tried something simpler to address anxiety?  Like taking
inositol, magnesium, valerian root, etc.

Hi, Kathy,

My chiropractor used something similar on me once 25 to 30 years ago.  It was called a stimulator, but I think it was more like TENS.  Anyway, I got uncontrollable, very painful muscle spasms all over my body.  I was a mess for several weeks afterwards.  I would ask around a whole lot before trying anything even remotely similar.  It might be fine, but do your homework.

Kathy,

I know nothing about this device but I would hesitate to use this treatment for your anxiety.  Unless you ask Dr. Klinghardt or someone knowdedgable about ES, if he thinks it would be beneficial.  I would not hesitate to use the TENS to treat localized injuries, but only if I really really needed healing, because they are uncomfortable.  I have one, but rarely use it.

But as far as running a "WAVEFORM" through your brain, I would look into the frequency of it a bit more.  Probably better for you to get a Schuman Frequency device.

Disclaimer:  This is solicited advice coming from someone who does not have enough knowledge or information  about the subject to give an intelligent opinion.  (i.e. your guess is as good as mine).

I take magnesium. Valerian for sleep.

The rep. tried to say it might correct some of what high
em'fs cause. I  get shaky in high emf's & from
burning from CFL's.

I read a post on the site of a woman who got sick &
bad panic attacks. This completely corrected  hers.

It just sound weird. Some could have a reaction.
