All of a sudden EMF sensitivity has developed.

Pepper Poop
Hi. A few weeks ago I was working in my studio with a new piece of
gear. I do electronic music...stood back to listen and suddenly felt
a very extreme head sensation and got very dizzy..Stepped out of
room..Ever since that happened...I get very sick around computers, TV.
My brain feels like it is shaking, nauseous, affects my mood and
thinking process. Has anyone ever heard of this happening so
suddenly? Saw my doctor and testing me for adrenal collapse...extreme
fatigue is another symptom. I have had multiple sensitivites to
environment for 5 years but never anything like this. I am one sick
individual. Help!

Hello,

that is quite normal.

One day you do not have it, and the next day all is going wrong.

Your immune system has gone down the drain, and passed a certain threshold.
This threshold is for everyone different.

Most doctors do not have any knowledge of elektrosensibility, so they cannot
help.
There are also, who do not want to help you, and direct you to a
psychiatrist.

The point now is to boost the immune system, and avoid elektrosmog.
How to do this can be read in the many postings here.

I can recommend the book *Flow System Therapy* by Han Stiekema M.D.
See: http://www.milieuziektes.nl/Pagina8.html

You are now on a downgoing spiral, and without proper measures, you will
sink lower and lower.
You will be sensible not only for high frequency sources, but as well for
low frequency sources.

Protection is one thing, but in order to improve, it is necessary and
imperative to improve the immune system.

Hi Paul. this is the same thing that happened to me (sudden onset, my
symptoms are different-being extreme agitation, feeling completely overwhelmed by
any sound or light and insomnia. I am so sorry that this happened to you as
well.
One thing you may find helpful is Ultrasone earphones. they're made
in Germany but I bought them in the U.S. from a movie supply place. you may
have already heard of them, as they are made for people in the music or film
business that spend hours listening through earphones.
they are shielded internally wilth mu metal which blocks
electromagnetic fields, making them very, very low emf. they have a couple of different
qualities. I got the best (strongest blocking ability) one, at a very
expensive $150 U.S. or so (it was a few years ago). But, for me it has been totally
worth it because now I can listen to things through earphones whereas before I
definitely couldn't. Also, I have a trifield meter and I measured the emfs
from the ultrasone and regular and the regular earphones generate a high
magnetic field and the ultrasone, just about none.
I do NOT have any affiliation with this product! You can find more about
them by searching google or yahoo, etc.

Yes, my wife Sue had it happen within an hour of a high microwave exposure -
ironically a test to try to determine the reason for her chemical
sensitivities.

Charles' suggestions are correct. You need to avoid all sorts of
electromagnetic sources as far as possible in case they trigger further
sensitivies. Beware of cellphones and cordless phones! But yes, the
underlying cause will be your weakened immune system which has been causing
all your other environmental sensitivities. The difficult thing is finding
out why - and I guess you have been trying for the last 5 years?

I don't understand too much about the "immune system" needing
improvement. I'd be interested in learning more about that.
For me, it makes perfect sense that, since every cell is electrical
and communicates with energy that other fields can affect it.

These fields are more dangerous when the body is mercury toxic
Mercury is a metal that is effected by all energy fields. Being
trapped in the body it therefore affects the body. I am ridding
myself of mercury and feel about 50% better. I sleep at night now,
FINALLY. I have more energy also. I am not is excrutiating muscular
pain anymore. I still have a ways to go but this is successful for
me for sure.

How does one improve their immune system with success?
Paul

Eliminating mercury from your body is definitely one way to
improve your immune system. So perhaps you understand more
than you think about improving ones immune system!

Generally, when I read about improving ones immune system,
there is talk about consuming some herb (e.g, ginseng,
echinacea, etc.), but I think that one of the things these
herbs do is cause various toxins to leave your body, which
in turn improves your immune system.

If you feel 50% better, I'd suggest that you keep doing
what you have been doing!

Interesting! I also noticed a big difference between some Sony earphones
(ouch!) and some Grado earphones (nice!). Perhaps the Ultrasones
would be even better than the Grado's, although I don't really use
earphones enough to need anything better (and the Grados were only
around US$60.

Oh, I guess I should say that I meant "headphones", not "earphones".

Tali, did you get the "low emissions" version (40% less radiation), or
the "ultra low emissions" version (98% less radiation). I suspect
it was the latter, although I see that these can sell for $300!

Thanks marc, now Alunimum is reading, so I'm handling that too. Good pointof view, I'm handling my immune system at the same time. I'd never thought of it that way,

Cheers!

another interesting link (computer for ES)

Hi all,

Here is another interesting link:

http://www.ctaz.com/~bhima/emfcomp.htm

I'm impressed by the amount of effort spent
by these people to shield themselves from
their computers. However, I see no indication
at all that they've done anything
to improve their own health (no changes
in diet, no supplements, no detoxification).
Their solutions seem to be 100% avoidance
and shielding. I'm sure that they wouldn't
need to shield themselves nearly so much if
they tried to improve their health at the
same time, or tried some EMF protection
devices...

hi Marc : ) yes, I got the ultra low emission headphones from ultrasone. I
know the internet sells them for some places about $300 U.S. but I am sure I
paid like $150 (still obviously extremely expensive). I have such bad e.s.
that I wanted the best they offered. maybe the "low emission" ones would be
fine for someone who wasn't as e.s. as me. take care: Taliesen

Home Depot

furnitureguru1
Guys,
I gotta say, I want to die every time that I go to Home Depot. What the heck is in that place that makes me feel like I want to explode and I have toleave right away? I'm around flourescent lights a lot and they don't affect me THAT much.
I actually love the place and the products but I just feel like it's so full of EMF that I just have to leave.
