After reading your posts on the Qlink..

barbpom2000
I really want to give it a try. With me, I really do not have a lot of EMF symptoms, I do have tinnitus, neck pain and back problems some anxiety too.On occasoins we visit a local casino and boy, everytime I go into these places, I feel high anxiety, almost like my eyes cannot focus on anything. I bet it is from High Doses of EMF from all the machines. I always wondered why I would begin to feel that way just about eveytime I went into the building. It will be a great place for me to try the Qlink. When I am home, I really do not have much as far as symptoms, if I do they are mild.

I really enjoy all your responses!!! Thank you so much

Tip of the day next time you feel a little anxiety with EMF and Wifi, try alittle Qi Gong.
1. Breath with your stomach, not your chest. You will feel much better! Weird but it works for me.
Best

Casino's are filled with smoke aren't they? That could be a problem for you. I can't tolerate a casino for that reason alone. I'm sick as soon asI am in the door. Loni

Hi Barb - Lets face it when you walk into that casino you are playing EMF
Russian roulette, the place will be cooking, not just the machines, but if
you can find the plug for them and pull it then that will be a start ! Also
as you mentioned Anxiety, you dont consider yourself to have a maild social
phobia thnig do you, as this could also give you the symptoms you describe
given the nature of the casino environment ?

Anxiety is also a symptom of heavy metal mobilization -- I get this
while taking alpha lipoic acid...

that is very true, I do not go there a lot, but when I do, it does make me feel weird, anxious, like my eyes cannot focus. The smoke does not help either.

Marc, this is extremely interesting. Yes to the mild social phobia, it onlyhappens sometimes, other times I am fine, it is weird. Can you explain theheavy metal mobilization with Alpha lipoic acid, thank yuou so much.

Some people take alpha lipoic acid to reduce the amount of mercury that
has accumulated in their bodies over the years. When the mercury is
"mobilized" from the body tissues into the bloodstream, people can
get a variety of symptoms, including anxiety, but also things like
headaches, dehydration, fatigue, a sour or metallic taste in their
mouth, etc. The anxiety may simply be due to the adrenal glands
being sensitive to the mobilized mercury, I don't know...
