(900 mHz) analog cordless phones

Healthgal
Has anyone with electrical sensitivity tried a (900 mHz) analog cordless
phone)?

Estelle

I'm researching a phone that I may be able to tolerate.

Yes, we have one yet from Uniden. I get burning sensation on my ear and side of head UNLESS, I use my headeset with it and put the phone down pointing toward the base(not me in between the handset and the phone base)
The good thing about this phone is that this phone does not give off RF while off(not in use).
We do have a reg corded phone so I try to use that one as much as possible. It is nice to have a cordless in cases where I need to take it outside or move into my Faraday cage. Then the handset is outside while my headset is corded through to the inside where I am. :)

We do need a new battery for it. I don't want to give it up and will refuse to have the DECT type in my house.
