7-keto and Licorice

Has anyone had increased ES after taking these two things? They were prescribed to increase low cortisol and DHEA. Maybe I need to work up slower.

I had increased ES when taking adrenal support supplements (glandulars),
and the solution seemed to be to reduce the dosage and work up to a
larger dose over a course of several months.

I remember a study showing licorice reduced sex drive.
Not a reason not to take it but worth knowing...
