yup I needed binders

sourdoe83
So a while back I remember I posted that topic on what happened when I consumed a large amount of lentils, well after that I decided to throw more money down the EMHS toilet on food grade bentonite clay, food grade diatomaceous earth, and activated charcoal powder. The basic tool I used to gauge my progress was my other PC I previously was not able to handle at all without it getting dangerous. Here's what happened...

Diatomaceous earth - I'll start with this even though I used food grade sodium bentonite clay first. I started at the recommended dose here and put myself on a 10 day treatment with it mixed into some water every morning. There was slight improvements day by day with it leaving me with a clearer head and resistance to EMR. These improvements stopped about mid way into treatment with it and by day 10 the only thing it was doing was giving me far too much digestive distress so I cut it out and moved on to activated charcoal.

Activated charcoal  - Considering what happend with the last one I put myself on this at the rec dose for half the time I did the DE, after doing this I improved a little again. By this point I am no longer getting the burning face symptom which reduced itself to a mild warming at most feeling around my face with some digestive issues from the EMR and the effects were isolated to head pressure and the closing of my sinuses whenever exposure got too high, And onto the where I am later with bentonite clay now.

sodium bentonite clay- This was the first thing I started with and appeared to do the most and after the first couple times I used it I noticed the biggest jump. It was like night and day with my EMHS which of course mellowed out as I randomly kept using it over the next weeks at 2 tablespoons a dose in water only never doing this more than 2 days in a row. I would do it, wait a while till it cleared my system and try again. I also tried the calcium version but this did nothing save for give me horrible stomach cramps so that went out as fast as it came in. Fast forward to yesterday I focused on my nasal issues and why the issues were so compacted there. I took a little risk here and do not recommend anyone do this because I found no official information for or against it but I had one of those netti pots that you pour water in and pour it through your sinuses. I took some bentonite clay and made a no chunk solution with 1 tablespoon (most of it clumped to the bottom but that was a good thing for this anyways cause it made just getting some super cloudy clay water easier) and took the plunge with some cool water. The first thing I noticed was it stung but safely came out the other end back into my throat followed by a ton of nasty, think gunk I spit out as much of as I could. When I lightly blew my nose after a lot of clumped/strung together white cement like gunk came out. But my sinuses felt less stuffy and more clear now, my head was also a bit clearer. So I decided to get on my other test PC and do some system stressing stuff with games. I felt almost nothing on my face, a little mild digestive distress after a while, and a slight brain fog/depressed feeling. I can't remember how long I was on for but it was over a couple hours cause I suddenly had so much I wanted to do on there. But of course after a while one issue remained and it involved not to the dgreee it was before as bad but still present, the sinus's closing issue with the other mild issues. I repeated the nasal wash again today with a slight improvement but I think I hit the wall with it alone.

The only other idea I have now is possibly leaving some bentonite clay under my tongue and seeing if that does anything or just making a face mask with it which I haven't done yet. Perhaps layering it all over my body in general and hope for the best over time. But obviously I can't be mad because this progress has been huge over the past couple months. Take from this what you will, I'll check back on the topic more often if anyone has any questions or anything else useful that might help.

Putting it on your feet (all over, but especially the soles) was what mostly worked for me with clays, etc.  Sometimes face, too, but try a little bit first to make sure that it doesn't irritate your skin (or anything else - it was too strong for me for years)

The problem with these binders is, that although they make you feel better at first, they are also binding a lot of good minerals and vitamins along with the bad, and eventually you will end up with some sort of new problem due to those deficiencies they've now created.  For me, muscle cramps is the first sign that I have to stop taking binders.

You can certainly workaround this if you can supplement with the depleted nutrients, but first you have to figure out what those nutrients are.  It took me years to figure out that one of the things that was getting depleted and needed supplementing was Vitamin B1.

Also, you can instead use binders that don't tend to bind with the good stuff, e.g. chlorella.  Although with chlorella, you have to make sure that you are taking a brand that isn't already contaminated with toxins to start with.

Yeah that's what I been thinking too, it's difficult to work with since that also does happen which is why I only advise you do this if you had a case as severe as mine was. I can't imagine the ordinary person who doesn't have anything really going to on to actually have any reason besides very rarely to use any of these things. I have used chlorella and spirulina before and it wasn't that effective to the condition itself, it helped a little but not enough to matter much. Last time i tried that stuff was around a year ago I think. Right now I'm just gonna go at it raw and see how well I do with more EMR exposure more similar to the ordinary person in daily life save for avoiding wifi and other wireless when I can. But hey I'm at least happy I got this far from feeling like someone was constantly pouring electric acid on my face and running it through my body upon just using almost anything modern to mild discomfort/dysfunction.
