Marc asked what I have done that has helped/not helped me. This would
take a long time to discuss! Let's begin though. That's what we are here for? The #1 gizmo that has helped me the most is definitely the Graham Stetzer filters. We take these with us when we travel, too. That makes it possible for me to stay in motels and other folks' homes. I also take them when I have a booth at craft fairs, or give a workshop someplace. The #1 thing I have done to help my body is Classical Homeopathy. Even before we got the filters, from the first tiny dose of remedy the terrifying cardiac symptoms stopped immediately. (In homeopathic treatment, the symptoms tend to move down in the body as they are being cleared. Insteadof cardiac spells I had intense intestinal spasms, until we got the filters and did other remediation. These were not life-threatening however, so were much more bearable.) Classical Homeopathy involves the physician asking you many, many, many questions to determine your remedy type, after which you take just one tiny dose. If it is the right remedy, things shift immediately, and change continues to occur for some time. The understanding is that taking a second dose (or repeated doses) would antidote the first dose. You don't take anything but the one dose. Since having such good results myself, we have turned to Classical Homeopathy for our pets too with equally amazing and gratifying results. For instance, one of our cats (long story) had legs as useless as spaghetti. I was holding her after giving her the dose. Within five minutes her legs beganto move, then kick. Soon she was walking again. Her diabetes also disappeared. Some of the remediation we did created tremendous and immediate differences. Taking out some of the many phone lines we had all over the place and placing the others so they did not broadcast the RF into areas I spend much time in was of paramount importance. A phone line begins to induce current into you from a distance of 3 feet. It's quite strong at 2 feet. I use a speaker phone, and no longer wear metal frame glasses, which created an antenna for the RF current running on the phone lines to get to me. We took many steps like this. It's a long story. Dimmer switches are one of the main things it's good to toss out. They create so much RF they are FCC regulated. Transformers of any kind create a lot of RF. Variable speed motors, too. Clock radios near the bed are real bad news. Etcetera My Classical Homeopath also shared a lot of excellent nutritional information with me. This was an area I had considered myself to be “on top of it” in, but I was wrong. It turns out that the soy industry has great PR but that soy is not at all great to eat, and I had been eating a lot of tofu. After I stopped eating any unfermented soy products and we got the RF levels down, my thyroid gradually got healthier and I was able to discontinue using thyroid hormone. We also started eating lactofermented vegetables, which I cannot praise highly enough. Full of the enzymes we need. I make our own, and we eat them with every single meal. We had eaten only whole (unprocessed) organic foods for years, but I began eating much more nutrient dense foods. Organic duck is my absolute favorite. It turned out that I need much more fat than I had thought. There are distinctly different metabolic types. Some need more fat and protein thanothers. No one food or diet is good for all. I am still working on this, determining just how much of what fats I need. Coconut oil is wonderful stuff, inside and out. Talking about appropriate nutrition could take hours. Days, probably. I most highly recommend Dr. Weston A. Price's book Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. This should be required reading for all people who eat! Also Sally Fallon's book Nurturing Traditions, and her web site www.westonaprice.org. It is my understanding that most of the degenerative disease so rampant today is due to poor nutrition. It as absurd to eat things that have had the nutrients removed from them, or which have been created from synthetics in a factory, and expect our bodies to do well. Sugar, refined flour and vegetable oils cannot really be considered food. They feed disease. I have seen meditation mentioned here several times. I have been a regular meditator since the early 70's, but experienced that I was not really able to meditate when my body was in such rough shape. That brings me to another of my own top notch healing tools, one that not many have heard of, the ancient MahaMrityunjaya mantra from India. For thousands of years people in danger of death have chanted this powerful mantra, which is renowned for bringing miraculous recoveries and/or a peaceful death. When it appeared that I was about to go down the cosmic drain, I began daily practice of this mantra. At that point, we did not know what the cause of my problems was, and no doctor or alternative health practitioner we had been to had been able to help, either. Within three days of beginning this practice Iwas put in touch with both the Classical Homeopath and with Dave Stetzer, who was able to tell me the cause of my symptoms, and offer a solution. I still practice it. (To forestall misunderstanding, I am not proselytizing. I am responding to Marc's request to know what I have found helpful, which others may find helpful. I am happy to share this mantra with anyone who would sincerely like to try it. Last week I gave a tape of it to a woman who is hospitalized froma stroke, and she shares that she feels indescribable peace when she listens to it.) Well, that is enough for now. I have also tried other “EMF gizmos,” but have not yet found any that I felt make any difference whatsoever. I remain open minded and willing to try just about anything, but I am afraid it is only too easy to sell products that make no measurable difference, just by laying the PR on real heavy. Like the Emperor's New Clothes. Regards, Shivani [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Thanks for that infor, Shivani!
I'll have to look for a classical homeopath, at least for our cats! :-) > It turns out that the soy industry has great PR but that > soy is not at all great to eat Yes, in the months prior to my health failing back in 1999, I had increased my consumption of soy products. Now, I don't eat much, except when it's the only vegetarian source of protein available to me. Now, what about flax oil? This seems to be as controversial as soy, yet I find myself needing this to fend off constant allergies (it doesn't seem to help or hurt my ES) > no longer wear metal frame glasses I wear contact lenses, but have noticed that I can't wear metal framed glasses while in front of the computer. I can't even wear plastic framed glasses, because even these have some metal in them. > Within three days of beginning this practice I was > put in touch with both the Classical Homeopath and with Dave Stetzer This reminds me of some energy work I had done a couple years ago, called "Reconnective Healing". This is supposed to cause a miraculous healing to occur, either directly or indirectly. A few days later I stumbled onto the Bioharmonics website with their Springlife Polarizers, and wondered about the timing of this relative to this healing. > I have also tried other EMF gizmos but have not yet found any > that I felt make any difference whatsoever. I remain open > minded and willing to try just about anything, but I am afraid it is > only too easy to sell products that make no measurable difference, > just by laying the PR on real heavy. My first couple purchases of EMF gizmos produced no results, but like you said, these companies had impressive advertising and studies to prove their products worked. But they certainly didn't for me. Even after trying dozens of these, my success ratio was really pretty bad. But there were a handful of items which produced an obvious effect -- the only question was whether it was a good or bad effect! Marc |

Marc Martin <[hidden email]> wrote: I'll have to look for a classical homeopath, at least for our cats! :-) Hi Marc, just one little thing regarding cats i have been wanting to share.. for some reason they seem to love geomantic stress.. soooo you might wanna reconsider the littering theory, they might just dislike the increase in Harmony... I tried some homeopathic medicines when I was still in Holland. Gotta look up the name of the method used, she was a electro-acupunturist, i said bring it on but she chose to use her other method.. It was testing/reading the chakra's with some round things. Had to bring the supplements I took and she tested me for a whole bunch of homeopathic medicines she used.. She was recognized and partly payed for by the dutch health system.. She prescribed ignatia and another one (ay the label is missing) One was called Innosens 10 the other one chi crown. They were the newest medicines added in her system,, I took them, just finished the bottles (so not just one dose, but months of use).. I will defenitely go for another session if I stop in in Holland again, even though I will not be insured at that time.. The name of the method was something diagnostics. Even though it was just diagnostics it left me entirely exhausted for some days, as did any energy treatment at that time. And I welcomed the sleep for the two days after, whole days with maybe four hours awake or so.. When i contacted her she said, just diagnostics was no treatment, but I felt better and the medicines were not sent to me yet.. Have a possible explanation for this now. Might have to do with the 8th chakra I will post more about thisas I find out more.. Also really slept of St John's Worth I took back then (had gone to my old iriscopist after the failed visit with the regular doc, he did not charge me for the session). Really knocked me right out. (this one was mixed with another herb it is often mixed with. ahum... Maybe I will recall later. Yahoo! Groups SponsorADVERTISEMENT --------------------------------- Yahoo! Well, that would explain why they don't like things which are supposed to "haromize" the power lines (quantum products, springlife polarizers, tachyon discs on the fusebox, etc.) I just have to limit my area of harmonizing to my immediate vicinity. Shivani, I'd love more specifics about phone lines and eyeglasses. When you say you "took out" your phone lines, do you mean you unhooked phones from existing phone wires, or did you do something more "invasive" than that? I.e. did you do structural work and actually remove wires from within the walls? Also, with regard to your eyeglasses, were you able to find all-plastic frames somewhere? I have searched for such frames without luck -- the plastic frames I've found still have a metal "skeleton" inside, plus screws at the hinges. If you have an online source, I'd appreciate that link. Finally, and this is is to everyone on the list -- does anyone have any thoughts regarding the ES implications of wristwatches? I believe I've noticed a dull ache in my arm from wearing my wristwatch at my computer all day long. It's as if the EMF from my computer is amplified by the watch. The ache subsides somewhat if I remove the watch at the end of the day. I'm not sure if the solution is to get a watch that has no metal touching the skin (but that still has a battery and metal insides) or else to get an all-metal, wind-up watch with no battery. I know I could just do without a wristwatch altogether, but that isn't a practical solution for me right now. Cara --- In [hidden email], SArjuna@a... wrote: 1. > thoughts regarding the ES implications of wristwatches? As with everything else, it seems to vary with the individual. Note that some people do better simply by wearing it on the right wrist instead of their left wrist. This is due to how energy flows in and out of the body, from the left side to the right side. I wear my watch on my right wrist, although I can't say with any certainty that it was bothering me in the first place. Marc |
OK Marc, you got me...what? Energy flows from left to right? This must be another one of those things that was in the Beginner's Guide to ES -- you know, the memo that was handed out the one day I decided to skip school... :-) Care to explain this directional flow of energy across the body, and why moving a wristwatch might have an effect on ES symptoms? > Care to explain this directional flow of energy across the body, and
> why moving a wristwatch might have an effect on ES symptoms? As I understand it, it has something to do with acupuncture meridians. There are meridians which go from the hands and up the arms, and the energy is flowing up your left arm and down your right arm (?). So if you put the watch on your left wrist, the energy from the watch may cause a blockage or interference with your normal incoming energy flow. Alternately, if you put it on your right wrist, you're just affecting the energy leaving your body, which doesn't seem to matter as much. At least that's my understanding of the situation. I'd hardly call myself an expert on this. If someone would like to correct/ clarify this further, please do! Marc |

Me I try to be as scientifisc as I can. There are some things I would wanna share but have no idea how to introduce them here.. About this energy flow, likening a human system to a computer (or electric system) with wires in and outside of the body: The left channel is the positive side, the right one the negative side, the central channel is neutral. The side channels cross over at 6th chakra level. In computer language the chakras could be considered cosmic network hubs. The nadis (two times 72.000, ahum this makes 144.000, in my opinion THE 144000 refer to the nadis, but then we would get too biblical. The 144000 prepare the heaVENS then would be they prepare the mibnd to be changed, but enough personal spiritual truths) The nadis would bemulti-gigabyte per second optical fiber wiring.. My kine/muscletester wanted me to turn off my cell-phone and my watch (have none of the above). These would influence the testing. Because they mess up the flow, in my (not all that scientific) opinion. Walking the middle road would be advised. This is no excesses, seeking for balance. e.g Not too worldly, not too holy, not too much fasting, not overeating etc. It is desirable to raise kundalini in the central channel of the spinal cord. Balance and the channel of the now, asks for living in the moment. Take the oportunity for giving some pointers without anything my mind can give an explanation for right now: *spend time on swings or swinglikes (i have a sitting hammock) *fearful?? roll your eyes *Warriors rest: face down, feet over the edge of the bed, face to the left, can put a pillow off the shoulders on the back (these are from don Juan) I find especially the rest works great, probably something to do with the flow. And since some of us are soooo tired, worth a try. I leave it here, hope I made a point somewhere, seem to have lost it ;)) Love and Light PS dunno who brought up dr ref (eva mai?? am i right?/) yao and mr bearden, but it would bring a Mona Lisa smile to my face if it was one of the science-people.. |

Marc,
First I work with a dentist like naturopath and we need to keep down pulver and vapor of amalgam removals/chemical dentist product. Second I live in a industrial city with a lot of Lead, Benzene and PM10 traffic pulver. I'm interested in understand what tecnology method of filtration is suitable. This web page here has a nice chart showing which air purifying technologies work on the various types of pollutants: http://www.t-2.biz/index.php?cf=t-2_comparisons Note that they are trying to show that their product is the best, but if you ignore that, I think the assessment of the various other types of technologies is pretty accurate. It seems that based on the types of air pollutants you're dealing with, ozone is a pretty good option. I like the Biozone models, which can be ordered at: http://www.jpimall.com/airpurifiers/index.htm Note that this website has all sorts of interesting air purifying products, although I've only bought the biozones from them. Also, for single rooms, I like the Airsource Mobile: http://www.shaklee.com/product/55136 As for that T-2 spray stuff from that first link I gave, I own some of it, but haven't really formed of an opinion of it yet. Sometimes these things take time... :-) Marc |
