two questions

1) Should I introduce myself (our selves) by just posting a message, or is there a specific forum for that?

2) I belong to another Yahoo group in which my partner does not participate. Is it possible for me/us to have a separate profile for each group?

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do, but I
suspect there is a way to do anything you want, although you
may need to have multiple valid email addresses to do it...
