I believe Stephen mentioned that supplementing minerals could help with ES.I know I have electrolyte problems because I get painful cramping in my lower legs sometimes. I had thought someone had said that the "carbonate versions" (potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate) are not so great? So I was reluctant to buy Ecological Research/Cardiovascular Research's tri-salts formulation (all carbonate). Am I remembering this right? Does anyone have a version of tri-salts supplements to recommend? I have trouble with "citrate" formulations (rapid heart-beat and insomnia). Thank you for any help.

Hi Sue,
I used this brand of Tri-salts ( Ecological, as you mentioned) for quite awhile and I liked it well enough to reorder. Course everyone is different sothat is just my 2-cents worth. Hi Sue,
my girlfriend has been on Mynax (Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium EAP) for three weeks, plus Vit D3, pantethene, b12, quercetin, and seems to be getting some relief from her symptoms. She didnt take her pills today and was symptomy again. Diane on here has written quite a lot about some of these supplements.
