I have suffered from electro sensitivity for over 17 years, the last 4 years I have also had the low vibrational noise (external audible to me and know one else) I avoid using mobiles and wifi and other strong emf emitting devices as it brings me a range of symptoms from headaches, migraines', lethargy, tinnitus, and the low vibrational noise, I have recently in the last year and a half or so made significant reductions in my condition by stopping using pc monitors or computer screens, I found that the emf's emitted from these devices increased my sensitivity and made living and working unbearable, by stopping using monitors stopped the noise and made a reduction in my es symptoms overall, I know from experience if I use a pc screen the sensitivity returns and so does the noise. it may not work for all but think about what your using and try and give it a go to see if it works, usually for me if i stay off screens for two weeks or so the noise disappears. I now work off a short throw projector and an lcd tv but keep the tv at a distance, some older type tv's also cause problems too, if you try this I hope it works but to be successful you need to avoid mobiles and wifi and such like too.
