Anybody know of a browser extension that would lessen the EMF from a laptop display, e.g. by inverting the color scheme?
I don't know the science of LCD/LED, but if anyone has something they've had good results with please comment on this thread.
...I get symptoms of discomfort or pain in my abdomen, could be whichever organ is weakest at the moment. But mostly that's a function of how much protection I'm wearing around my midsection.- A few nights ago I wrapped my neck in a leather jacket and my head in a bunch of twizzlers. Felt really......
I heard on Facebook that if you put a lot of effort into exercise, it can help a lot. But build up to it slowly, and take it easy some weeks, because a heckuva lot of people injure themselves overdoing it.
Some of the safer exercise methods are walking, gardening and resistance training. But my fave health expert says weightlifting and running are like injuries waiting to happen.
...Mylar is commonly used for emergency blankets, which should be skin-safe. Check with the company that made the stuff then let us all know on this thread, I would advise. I often use mylar sleeping blankets to reflect stuff and find that multiple layers of the really thin emergency blankets......
Sure the more water and biomass you can surround yourself with, the better. I personally tile twizzlers packs into large mats and surround myself with them. But water could be even better.
That's right welcomekoa, my bed is a twizzler fortress. Protects against all EMF, not just RF. Protect yourself from contact with plastic though.
Also, to better reflect RF there is one more refinement to point out. I add at least 3 sheets of a mylar aluminum-coated emergency blanket to the outside of the twizzlers (not on the inside where the aluminum could cause problems.)
