I have been searching high and low for a reasonably priced solution for the keyboard and finally found something.

I purchased the Sejin Electron INC Infrared keyboard (comes with receiver) and have been really well pleased.  Comes with built in track ball, and mouse buttons too.  

Trackball does have a small imperfection from the plastic mold that gets hung up on the rollers which isn't too often.

I also wish the function key and Alt key were swapped since it frustrates my photoshop and CAD modifier key workflows, but I'm working on a keymapping workaround.  I am very well pleased with it regardless.

I tried to find a website for Sejin Electron INC but no luck.  
I was hoping this South Korean company would have a IR mouse solution or if I could contact them to beg to develop said IR Mouse.

Perhaps this company no longer exists.
