I think your right. I think its primarily caused by Comcast wifi in the 5ghz bands. I don't know what my neighbors ham radio produces.  I feel so stupid about this stuff.. All I know is that when I'm in certain situations usually indoors at certain neighborhoods I feel like hell.  One thing I've noticed is that the neighbor's daughter has a phone that I think is 5G and she keeps the hotspot on all the time ( Which I don't understand why she needs a hotspot on since they have Wi-Fi in the house) and I've noticed my symptoms increase when that hotspot spot is on. It fortunately it seems like there's some sort of joint custody situation going on and she's not always home it's not always home but when she is I feel it man.
