Hi Fogtop and Emf Sensitive thanks very much for your suggestions. I'll check out the links and the acoustimeters. It is time to invest in something better than the basic Trifield 11 meter as I need to find out what is causing these signals. The shielded room is painted with 3 layers of Shield paint and the windows and floor are protected but there is definitely an emf pulse that occurs every couple of minutes. It must come throught the leakage point and bounce off the walls...it wakes me up and makes me gasp for air...very annoying! We have army a mile away, nearby 2 neighbours modern cars with their wireless trackers? and wifi systems and possible CB radios on a farm tractor half a mile away.

Feeling relieved am not alone with the issues with zoom. I'll check out Electra Health and the shield cable and ground adaptor.
