What carrier are you using out of curiosity? Interestingly before this whole rf/ehs sensitivity started I was using a samsung galaxy note 9 on Att network. Switched to Mint mobile to save money.  They use t mobile. There was about 2 weeks when I could not use the att phone and then symptoms vanished and stayed away for over a year. I've used 2 different models of phone with mint. Motorola G Power and a Samsung S9. Although I think either being a condo dweller for more then half my life blissfully ignorant of rf/emi dangers might be responsible. There was a possible mold contamination in our duct work as well (although never positively Identified just wired musty smell, etc).
