Thanks again for your reply! I'm using the coronet ed88t plus recommended to me by a member here. Yeah your right milliwatts per m2 for the measurment but also shows a mhz measurement  to (I'm a complete idiot when it comes to this stuff).

The place I'm living in is a 1920s home on a corner street.  My parents tell me the wiring had to be redone. The contractors hired failed the first inspection but then fixed the issues.

If it is dirty electricity it did not seem to bother me this badly before.  But people in the house change habits and suddenly a plug that was never used is getting heavy use from a corded hand held vacuum fwiw.
