Can dirty electricity produce RF? What is generally a safe RF level (suppose its different for everyone). I've noticed the rf fluctuates greatly from 0.0015 to 0.0057 to 0.0071 where I normally sit in the living room. If I measure near the windows it shoots up to 0.0410 mw/m2.
