Cramps up my stomach and gallbladder. That's "normal." Also the left side thing is consistent with the theory that we take in energy on our left side, and discharge it from the right. I feel tingling in my left hand, arm, and shoulder as well.

As far as computers go, it really helps to use one that has a digital hard drive instead of a spinning magnetic one, and to use a mouse on a USB cord instead of the keypad, and also to use an external keyboard on a USB cord.
