Mold, disease, parasites are everywhere, we live among an incredible amount and variety of microorganisms, pathogens, bacteria etc.
The problem often is our immune system weakened by outside factors.
I see certain plants affected by drought and disease, loosing their leaves, while others of the same species not, and in the same area. Trees in high/exposed areas get sick/affected, while those in more sheltered locations, even just 30 meters away, look totally healthy. So many more trees have unhealthy crowns ("corona" in latin lol) (on the upper side of their branches), something that was much more uncommon many years ago.
I also mold on certain plants that cannot stand the strong radiation in my home, even though the place is clean, dry, airy and sunny.
