Sorry to burst your bubble, but people have already been to many City Councils with tons of information protesting against cell towers, wi-fi in schools, smart meters, and now it just keeps escalating to 5G.  So people have tried and are still trying all over the country to have their voices heard, but the push for 5G is coming from the billionaires and trilionaires, and they control the government.  Hard to stop big money.  The government has given cities and states big subsidies and payouts for these projects, so City Councils can only see jobs and dollar signs.  A few City Councils have voted against 5G.  

But the agenda is going forward full speed.  Besides the 60,000 Satellites that Elon Musk is putting into space for 5G, other carries want theirs up there.  Verizon-T-Mobile, AT & T, Amazon, and other international carriers in China, etc.

As far as getting someone to invest in developing a EMF community, I put out the idea of ES people pooling their money together to buy a town, but most people are broke and nobody wanted to.  If a rich person got ES maybe they could be talked into investing.  I still think people should put advertisements out for an investor.  It could happen if we all put our minds together and believe in it.
