i don't have money for a new monitor nor expensive blue light filtering glasses.
I do have such cheap (15$ or something) sunglasses with blue light filter,
but i don't like using those. I think it's worse than F.lux because F.lux you can tweak,
you don't have to set it to max. The glasses i have i can't tweak of coarse.
Also, glasses do not change brightness of your screen.
