i once tried f-lux but it looks ugly and did not feel right.
now use prescribed computer-glasses with a bluefilter.
orange/yellow sunglasses should work but colour a lot.
newer monitors have usually a built-in bluefilter option.
this might give a better result than uploaded software.
especially in the evening it is vital to reduce blue light.
of course just candle-light will help best to sleep deep
led causes other problems too, so better try to avoid it
