in short 5G will not bother you in 5D
so we have 2 options :
- dig a hole deep in the ground and hide there as much as possible, only emerging from it in protective gear
- lift our spiritual level and get grounded on a higher plane of consciousness
of course you do not know before you enter 5D wether there is any truth in what she states
and the problem with spirituality is likely that any 3D motivation will block any access into 4D or 5D realities
i will bet on the 2D option and live as an earthworm and avoid unchartered dimensions
