in almost all countries in the west there is a shortage and misinformation from authorities.
in czech republique because of quick large scale civil initiatives, there are facemasks now.
in germany they do 500.000 tests a week now, which is far from enough but a good start.
everybody that has passed an anti-body test could move around freely and help others.
that is : after 8 days after all symptoms disappeared, till then you could be still infectious.
if one never had any symptoms, he may still have to wait 8 days after testing immune.
this protocol of vladimir zelenko looks quite promising, and help to achieve herd immunity.
the latter is estimated to require 80 % of the population and take some time.
