Thanks for the link.  I am afraid to try anything drastic right now.  I am tempted to knock back the inflammation, but will hold off lest anything make my right ear tinnitus worse or hearing loss...

I am still trying to work up the nerve and strength to get so many lab tests from the neurologist.
I might just fall over and die then.  :)  Kidding, not really...   :(
