I read someone in the Dutch Facebook group saying something similar,
that he still feels the Laptop when it's off.
If it still emits something, maybe you might be able to measure something in a "quiet" zone, like a forrest or a bunker or a underground shelter. It's worth to try, even though some say (like Charles) we cannot really measure everything with meters what some people react to.
He said this in a video, but it's in Dutch :)
