A side note regards cyanide being present in apples, etc., and not to dispute the findings! My grandfather, when he ate an apple,he at the 'whole' apple, seeds and all. He lived to be a healthy 92-year-old gentleman. Maybe as each one of is different from all the rest, so it is that our bodies accept things differently. Simply an observation!
