I seem to have found a YouTube channel with a guy that seems honest, and he has a bunch of EMF and RF meters (see picture above) with which he measures saunas and he seems to fairly know what he is doing with meters (in the videos i have seen).

About the cheapo DIY sauna i homemade, here are measurements when in front of it:
(i re-measured because i measured too fast the first time, and something didn't make sense).
With the Esmog Spion in it's electric mode:
With ground cable it goes down to no LED when going closer (since the cage is grounded), further away there are 2 green LED's, but this should be from other sources.
Without ground cable the led goes up from no LED's further away to 1 green LED one inch from the cage.
With the Gigahertz me3851a:
The magnetic field stays around 10nT when going closer (this is very low if you wouldn't know).
With ground cable in electric mode, the values go down going closer (since i grounded the cage).
In electric mode (without ground cable) about 3V/m 20cm from the cage (about where your closest body part would be maybe (?) (toes and knees)). The closer you get the higher, 1 inch from the cage it's about 6V/m.
Does this worry me since i have EHS ? Not sure, this isn't high though, so not really yet since you only use this short times anyways and it didn't cost me thousands of euros to build, but i will have to use it and test it long term to know. For non EHS people this shouldn't be a problem at all.
Body voltage is about 200mV or 0.200V sitting in front of the cage (which is about the base level in this room).
The mesh(cage) blocks a lot of electric fields though. Without cage electric is very high on both meters.
I'm still learning about saunas, i haven't used mine much yet, for several reasons,
one is because i wanted to test the effects of the Advanced TRS heavy metal detox product i am taking.
If i would have been using both sauna and TRS, one might have worked, but how to know then which one ? So i didn't.
