Yes, I used to have this problem with water & hydration.  One thing I found that helped a lot were drops that lower the surface tension of the water, so your body can absorb it better and you don't need to drink as much to feel hydrated.  They are called "Cystal Energy", sold in 4 ounce bottles, manufactured by Phi Sciences.  This also should help with detox:
