New to ES

All, I am new to ES (as of July 22, 2019).  I actually got a high dose in late 2014 seated about 200-300 feet away from LTE/4g roof mounted masts at work for about 3 months. But since then I thought I was fine as long as I wasn't near towers.

That all changed this past July.... I showed up for Jury Duty.  After 2 hours I started having palpitations and pain in my head (mostly temple area) when I was waiting in a room with WiFi and about 300 people using their cell phones and Kindles, iwatches, etc for hours.  I am still grappling with the implications and it's extremely scary to me.  I was able to be excused finally and cried all the way home realizing the limitations I now have to contend with.  It took me literally days to recover cognitively, from speaking the wrong words and not having good recall.  I also found myself jerking up in bed feeling like I was not breathing for 4 days at least.  I now know this was diue to my red blood cells becoming polarized, stripping the oxygen from my blood.  I NEVER want to feel like that again.

Obviously since 2015 I have eliminated all Wifi and cordless devices from my home and generally the RF is low (on the Cornet Electrosmog it is about 0.0005
I am not a headache person.  But as of yesterday close to 5p I got a white flash of light in my left eye followed by stabbing pain.  It morphed into a heavy feeling and my temple just feels very heavy and dull pain.  I have been wearing sunglasses indoors most of the day.

I am wondering if taking aspirin or calcium might help?

I also suffer from tinnitus since just over a year ago.  I have been taking Vitamins D at 5,000 I.U. or at times 10,000 I.U. to get my D up.

Any suggestions are most appreciated.

Blessings to you all!  We certainly need it.
