Trying to get my computer reactions down to zero. Figured out what works best so far, is everything unplugged except mouse and keyboard and putting the laptop in an area with no electric field reading. Otherwise the power cord, or other cables, end up transferring an AC electric field to the mouse and keyboard. I'm far enough from the laptop that I don't react, but with the mouse and keyboard now I still have a bit of a reaction. I had shielding for the mouse and keyboard from when it was plugged into power for the AC electric field which also didn't fully help. It may be also that my ground is bad and will make a new one at some point to test instead of the one in the wall electric socket.

So now that I am only using battery powered, and unplugged does the shielding on the mouse and keyboard do anything for DC electric/magnetic fields? For the mouse I have it on a book and the book is cover in a bag like structure I made with copper shielding fabric from lessemf and the keyboard has very fine see through netting that has nickel in it for shielding. Do those do anything for DC fields too? Or should I not bother with that when its not plugged in. Can I test for DC fields with an AM radio, or does that only work for other types?
