I'm gonna try near infrared sauna therapy,
gonna build it myself, it should be easy and cheap to do for everyone.

Be careful: you need fittings that can withstand a 250 watt lamp.

They say the electric fields can be shielded,
the magnetic field can be reduced with another magnetic field (but the guy doesn't say how he does it),
we might be able to figure this out ourselves (?).
His are said to be very clean EMF wise, but very expensive.
