Have you tried different fermented milk products with good bacterie within for your gut? They have helped me. Also eating "correct" will normalize your gutflora so you can tolerate more. One tip is oat, its very good for gut also for general health.
Once I ate shitty food only chocolte sugars etc and I got very painful bowels and slow bowel movements I then I understood the connection and focused on eat healthy again and in a couple of weeks the pains went away. Lesson learned.
"Always eat healthy and good" or you sooner or later run into health problems is my understanding.
