Also some ES protective clothes could help. I myself have a headnet that helped me a lot some time ago. I paid 90$ for it. Youll find it on lessemf f.ex. Its also a lot other protective clothing and also things like canopy.
But maybe best think is to reside in the safest part of the house/apartment.

If seriously ill like you I would also look into cleaning, nourishing and energizing the liver, kidneys, bowels and other cleaning organs of the body. If these organs dont get the toxins out and regulate body fluids you will have a problem. I think most ES people have some malfunctioning of some of these organs more or less.

Also have you gone to a holistic doctor to sort things out? It may be an idea.
