I would just add one comment: get an electrosmog meter. If you are that sensitive, you need to know your exposure at all times.

Having a meter allows you to quickly avoid strong exposure, and much more easily find low exposure spots.

Even in your own home it can make a difference where you sleep or stay most of the time. The only way to know is by using a meter.

Get one, it will help you a lot. Of course it will not cure you, but it will remove uncertainty, and by that it will remove some stress. It is the first step you need to take if you are EHS.

This is the one recommended by Josh del Sol. I have an earlier model of that one and really like it.
