I finished the book.

I don't know if I already wrote here, but Anthony said that all radiation (no matter if from radioactive particles or from your cell phone) somehow are 'stored' in the liver.

He talks of radiation as though all types of radiation were in fact physical particles, that travel in our bodies and get stored by the liver (to protect us from harm).

He also said that these particles are charged, and that charge creates havoc.

That the liver has the function to create chemical substances to CANCEL that damaging charge from radiation.

If I understood well, sea weeds do the same: they take in heavy metals or other toxins that are also charged equally in the bad way (positively charged) , and turn them inert, so that when released in the ocean again, they won't do harm anymore.

He said that heavy metals alone are not that harmful. What is harmful is when they oxidize in your brain, nerves, body, and that leaks through the blood / lymph wrecking everything on the way.

And he also said that some foods will contribute to that oxidation of heavy metals (such as fats, if my memory is good, meaning, all animal proteins and fats, even of vegetable origin, when taken in excess, as the liver can't process it).

He's got a recipe to take away heavy metals (fully natural with blueberries etc).

The liver has limited space of storage, so when it gets full, it also starts leaking.

Another problem is also excess of fats in the diet: too much fats will burden the liver, and then it leaks more of the radiation or whatever it's storing there, due to lack of space.

A further problem is when the liver is waiting for the antioxidants from our diet to cancel radiation and other toxins, but we do not consume enough of antioxidants. So the liver cannot work the problem out, so radiation particles stay inside, hurting the liver.
