I didn't do well with that brand... on the Facebook Groups, people say it's laced with chemical solvents, and they instead use the Greska C-60 to avoid that.  Although half a teaspoon may be too much of a starting dose with even the Greska C-60, as I'm still experimenting with dosages in drops (e.g. 10 drops or less).  But other than that, I have nothing really notable to report... still testing my own tolerance to it, while distracted by other things.  :-)
