Thanks for taking the time to post this, really helpful information.  I will get this book.

For years I've followed the protocols of herbalists Dr. John Christopher and Dr. Richard Schulze, who put colon cleansing as the most important organ to work on.  Once that is addressed, everything else starts falling in place and you can then target specifics cleanses like the liver or kidneys.  I used to be more diligent about doing a liver and kidney cleanse/fast once a year but I've fallen off for a number of years and really need to get back on it.  At 60, I now have "liver spots" on my face and hands so that's probably all the signs I need to get working on that...
