I doubt you were able to take photos of the perpetrators during the confrontation & "car chase." But at least you know their names.
In the newer location, Tromsoe (where you said they also set up an apt.), can you sneak out on foot & get to a police station?

Thought I had found the "perfect" cave > named "THE RADIO CAVE" (Radiohola - Wikipedia) in Halsnoy (island), Norway, used by the "Norwegian Resistance" [like you now] in WW2, but it is a VERY LONG ways from Tromsoe (1,303 miles!). It's on top of a small clearing surrounded by forest. There was only a path to it through 2012 when locals built a small gravel road to it with a few parking spaces:

After the guy realized that I`d found him out,
he panicked and started zapping me with the high-frequency ringing
as intense as never before, and called an accomplice.
I packed some stuff in my car and left for Tromsoe-about 250km further north,
and was followed and zapped from several vehicles for most of the drive.
No uniformed cars of any kind were involved.
It took them less than twelve hours to set up an apartment in this city,
from where they are zapping me now, so they obviously do have resources.
I somehow doubt there will be further updates.
