Yeah, I wouldn't even do 6.25..
I started with Iosol however and about 500mcg or less.. for a while. That's less than half a drop, into water and drink less then half the water.
I can take 1800mcg now. Lugol 2% I can take 5 drops, but it doesn't compare with 1 drop of 1800mcg Iosol.. even though they say 5 drops of lugol is 12.5mg!
There is definitely something different between atomic/nascent/iosol iodine and just plain lugol. I feel more effect from 1800mcg Iosol than 12.5mg of Logol.
Both me and girlfriend take it and she also notices no effect from the Logol.  It's very strange.. there must be a whole different way they work and absorb into cells.
They say atomic iodine like Iosol is best absorbed. Seems to be true although some doctors disagree that it's good.
