3mg vs 50mg, that's a big difference.. I also do not know at all what would be good. If you get this test Marc, it would be very interesting to know your result after taking 3mg for years.

Does not recommend Standard process, or Iosol which is the one I have. I have no idea how he came to those conclusions though.. but I do feel a difference between vegetable iodine and Iosol iodine, so I guess I just have to buy some Lugol iodine.
