The first brand of Iodine I used was from https://drclark.com/
but they only stock 5%, and only in 30 ml bottles, so i switched to Bob's.

While taking Lugol's Iodine, my ES slowly improved, but i cannot know for sure
if the Iodine was the cause, as i also took Chlorella, and did some parasite cleanses as descrebed in
