I cover my windows and electrical boxes (Im extremely sensitive to these) with camping thermal blankets but not the $2 ones. You need the heavy duty ones that run for about $15 each (Field and stream Survival Blanket 2.0). If Wifi is still so extreme on you then you must be getting exposed by other means. Once you reduce exposure you will feel better.
Questions to you:
Are you near power lines?
Towers ?
A school?
Close to your a/c or electrical box at home?
Is your computer not properly sealed?
Do you have a metal bridge in your mouth?
I personally went from near going insane to feeling only about 20% sick when exposed,but I made a ton of changes.
