Urgently Need Help Re New Wifi Intrusion!

There is about 10-15 feet of space between my house from the one next to me. On Saturday, new renters moved in and set up a wifi with TWO signals, which are extremely strong in my bedroom. I can't sleep there now. There's only the couch in the living room which is small, uncomfortable, gets the street noise, and not a long-term solution for this senior citizen disabled with ES, MCS, and Lyme.
I need help with two things--1. shielding the bedroom wall, and 2. ways to explain to the tenants what kinds of things they can do to mitigate the effects of their wifi on me. I'm friends with the owner, and she's aware of my ES, and will help me with the tenants.
1. Questions about shielding the wall:
I'm limited in physical abilities, but may have some help when my sister comes to visit this weekend from out of state.
What can I put up to reduce/mitigate the RF coming through the wall? The head of my bed is against it, and there's absolutely no other way to have it placed in that 10X12' room (doors, windows, etc.). I'm limited in knowledge about shielding, but I believe there are reflecting materials and absorbing materials. I'm thinking I'd want absorbing so other RF coming in from other places wouldn't be reflected back into the room.
Is window screening absorbing? If so, what kind? I need something I can get quickly because after the weekend, I won't have help to put it up. Not enough time to order something.
2. What kinds of things could the neighbor do to reduce my exposure. I know about asking to have them turn the wifi off when not using it, or using shielding on it, like the Signal Tamer. What about the direction it's pointed in? If it's pointed at the back or front of the house, would it radiate into mine on the sides.
Is there data about wifi itself that I can tell them, such as the distance it goes in feet, and why it's coming into my house, i.e. through walls? Signal strength, etc. Is there a simple article that I could print out and give to them? I always hate trying to explain to people the hazards of wireless because they haven't a clue--have never even heard of ES, much less the biological effects that are happening to them--and they don't want to know.
Makes me sad. I know they have a two-year old who is growing up in a pea soup of wireless radiation.
Any ideas, suggestions, or information you can give me will be welcomed with open arms. I'm feeling frightened and overwhelmed.
Thanks so much.
