Do you have a safe place to sleep - low RF and magnetic field? A good night's sleep after being badly affected can help me, but sometimes the exposure messes with my sleep cycle which makes things worse.
I was out for a longer drive today,
and on my way back I stopped for some food.
In the diner they had 12-15 customers
-and a wireless calling system with vibrating plastic things.
They were very busy,
so even if I was first in line it took some time.
While I stood there waiting I felt the wireless impact getting quite violent to my brain,
and once they finally had taken my order I went outside to wait.
But that was too late,
and now (five hours later) my brain feels like mash/stew.
Last time this happened it took me four days before I recovered enough to read the papers again,
and I was wondering if anybody knows of anything that might shorten the recovery time?
