Yes I have had terrible problems also and my relatives don't get it and sometimes judge me unfairly. Certainly not helpful for your mental health.

Living in flats is tricky as you can have meters and other electrical points passing through your flat due to tenants / occupiers living above and below.

What I had found is buying blankets with metal fibres worked both under the bed sheet and also under the duvet with the bed surrounded by aluminium foil (UK spelling) suspended about a foot above the sides of the bed. My headboard was also covered.

Normally the closer to the fields you are will make the symptoms worse.

By protecting the sleeping area described above with 6-7 hours sleep and wearing 3 personal protection devices in the day time, I can function reasonably normally though proximity to Smart phones at work can cause local pain.

I mentioned flats earlier and find houses generally healthier unless you start putting LED tvs in your bedroom. Most of the electrics and fields are downstairs in an house which is why houses are normally better. Watch out for fire / smoke alarms that are not battery operated. Smart meters are topical on this forum so I will just mention as a factor to check out.

I come to the conclusion that most of us that have this problem will probably also have another problem. I have IBS, I could stop this yet have found it is related to my childhood head injury and this tries to correct when I work seriously on my digestion. After losing a couple of teeth I decided to live with the IBS.

One thing to mention is water picks up the fields and so they spread all over the flat as believe it or not although we cannot see water on the surfaces it is there and resonates at the same frequency. I found this to be true back in the old days with testing magnetic fields on a tri-field meter in a flat. I was getting angina at the time and it was worse when either the washing machine or dishwasher was working. The magnetic field was travelling about 10 meters into the lounge and spreading across the whole lounge. I found out later the water pipes run through the middle of the lounge.


That was magnetic fields yet I believe today cell phone tower radiation is spreading through all the watery surfaces spreading the field all over your living space.
