OH my gosh, I feel for you!  I can't even imagine being your age with this and all the tech going on with everyone you know!  

Before you start looking at supplements and all the rest of this stuff to try to deal with your symptoms, one _really_ important quick question:  do you have allergies and/or asthma?  If you don't you should be good to go unless your system is severely overreacting to everything already.  Reason I asked is because most supplements fall into one of two categories pretty cleanly, although there are a handful that overlap:  immune suppressors and immune enhancers.  I know that first group probably sounds like bad news, but if you have allergies and asthma immune enhancers can make your pre-existing health conditions _much_ worse - it isn't an allergic reaction, just a ramping up of the reactions your body is already overproducing.  I found this out the hard way and wasted a lot of money on stuff that would've worked great if I didn't have to breathe.  

Dear guinea pig...  I have to wonder if intervention will work better for you and your siblings since you're still physically growing.  Hang in there
