Oh, I did not know you were deep in the coutryside. I just have an idea how they are due to a couple of friends living there (who are Belgians, but they are considered very foreigners!!).

I work with energies, supporting people's health, only energetically. They either come here, or I go to their houses, or I use the computer to talk to people who do not live close by.

BUt I feel unwell when I do that through the computer.

I'm not as sensitive as you are, Plop, so I guess, I'm not an example.

If you lived closer to urbanized areas, here in Germany and Switzerland, a market that is growing like hell is the organic food business.

Then the FREE labels: gluten free, lactose free, milk free, sugar free, additive free etc.

There are loads of recipes to be still discovered, as it is not easy to make products that are FREE of all these stuff above that taste still good.

One thing you can do without moving out is through the computer... if you can stand your computer / keyboard...

I hope more people will chime in here.
