Are you a native English speaker? You can easily attract some students to your place to give lessons.

you gotta place advertisements in supermarkets or public spaces, school halls, etc.

The French are terrible in foreign languages, so that could be one thing.

Another is to do a course of massage or anything you can do home (even through the computer, if you can stand computers), there are computer based courses all over the world, and then make a room for receiving clients there?

I mean, this is just what comes to my mind....
